Please note that per the Planning Department’s Standards, replacement windows need to be approved prior to purchasing them.
For all window replacements, owners must apply for a permit with the City of San Francisco as well as comply with all government agency requirements, including the Planning Department Standards for Window Replacement permits.
If there will be a change in the windows themselves so as to alter the exterior of the home, Westwood Park Association also requires submission of plans for review and approval.
